Kyoto FC is a fictitious football club located in Kyoto, Japan. Kyoto FC was established with a vision to provide Japan’s most historic city with a football club that honors its traditions while playing a role in today’s modern, global football culture. Kyoto is known for its temples, culture and history, but also as an innovative city that embraces art, technology and international influence. Kyoto FC aims to reflect this unique identity on the football pitch and beyondThe club will be a symbol of Kyoto for both local and global supporters.

The logo draws inspiration from the iconic temple Kinkaku-ji, also known as the Golden Pavilion.
At its center, the Kanji for Kyoto is elegantly placed within the temple's structure.
A semi-circle symbolizing the rising sun unifies the elements, creating a cohesive design.

The colors draw inspiration from the historic Higashiyama district, traditional Japanese architecture, and the gold of the Kinkaku-ji temple.

Home jersey
The home kit reflects the club's identity while embracing the growing trend of football kits in fashion. It’s designed to serve both on the pitch and as a stylish statement. Inspired by Japanese architecture and the Higashiyama district, the Kyoto FC home kit aligns seamlessly with the club's visual identity.
Away jersey
To create a consistent and reusable color palette for the club, the away kit uses only colors from the color palette, avoiding any external shades. Like the home kit, its pattern is inspired by Japanese architecture and the Higashiyama district, presented in a lighter variation.


Goalkeeper Home
The goalkeeper’s kit is designed to stand out distinctly in both color and design, ensuring easy identification during the fast-paced action of a match.
Goalkeeper Away
Drawing inspiration from the Kyoto city flag, a unique pattern has been crafted for the kit. The colors were carefully selected to balance a classic, clean aesthetic that honors tradition while fitting seamlessly into modern football culture.

Mascot
Kin Kun is the mascot of Kyoto FC. The mascot is inspired by the phoenix that stands on top of the Kinkaku-Ji temple, which is the symbol in the logo.
Kin Kun is present on match days, entertaining the crowd and building a positive atmosphere around the team. The mascot also has a presence on social media and participates in local events. The mascot strengthens the club’s ties with the local community and supporters.
